| Confirmation of your reservation You will be informed if the apartment is available for the dates you indicated. Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or email upon receipt of the deposit money equivalent to 25% of the total apartment rate. Upon your arrival The rest of the payment will be settled upon your arrival. We do not take credit cards. We accept cash payment or traveller’s cheques. The apartment rate includes heating, electricity, stove gas, towels and sheets. The cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure. Take receipt of the caution money with you to show at the payment. Bring your passport or ID card for registration. |
Check-in and check-out times Arrival Day – Check-in from 15,00 through 19,30 Departure Day - Check out time 10,00. Kindly communicate any change in the arrival schedule (times and dates) at least 1 week in advance. For any unexpected and sudden delay, please call. Guests allowed In the apartment are allowed to stay over only the guests agreed upon when confirmation was given. Their number cannot exceed the number of beds indicated in the apartment website, with the exception of children up to 2 years of age. In this case, kindly inform in advance, so as to equip the bedroom with cradle. Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartment, they can cause allergies to next guests. |
