What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 15,00 through 19,30 the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10,00 the day of your departure. Please communicate at least 1 week in advance, date and time of your arrival, if you fly in or arrive with train or by car. We will suggest you the best way to get to the Apartment. |

| How can I be sure that my reservation has been accepted? You will be communicated if the apartment is available in the dates you requested. Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or email upon receipt of the deposit money equivalent to 25% of the total apartment rate. |
Does the apartment rate include heating, electricity, sheets and towels and the cleaning service? The rate includes heating, electricity, stove gas, towels and sheets. The cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure. There is a daily cleaning service if requested, but it is not included in the rate. |
How do I pay the deposit money to reserve the apartment? You can pay the deposit money (25% of the total apartment rate) through bank transfer, postal order, or cheque, according to what agreed upon confirmation that the apartment is available. |
| Can I park my car near the house? Vehicles are not allowed in the city. The nearest parking lot is in Piazzale Roma. There are cheapper parking lots also before you cross Ponte della Libertà, the bridge that links Venice on the water to the mainland. From there you there is a bus service to Venice. You can also leave the car in the Parking area close to the Venezia-Mestre railway station and get the train to Venice (leaving every 10 minutes) |
How far is public transportation from the house? The nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop is Riva di Biasio just a three minutes walk from the house. In one stop you will get to the Railway station or to the Casinò. In a few stops you will get to Piazzale Roma or Rialto or San Marco. But to breath in the real spirit of Venice there is nothing else like walking! You can get to the most historical and traditional sites on foot, because the Apartment is located in a central and strategic position. |

| Do you accept credit cards? No. The rest of payment will be settled upon your arrival, with cash money. We do not accept credit cards. |
What personal ID do I need to bring? Passport or Identity Card. |
Is the apartment air-conditioned? Every room is air-conditioned. Summertime heath is no more a concern! |

 Is the kitchen equipped? The kitchen is equipped with gas
stove, kitchen tools, pans, coffemaker, dishes, cutlery, glasses,
cupboards and all the necessary tools for your morning breakfast and
your meals.

Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed, they can cause allergies to next guests. Bedsheets, towels, tablecloths are all included? Each guest will be given two towels, one large towel, bedsheets, blankets. In the apartment you will also find table cloths + serviettes, table mats for breakfast For stays over one week, bedsheets change once a week without extra costs. Is there a TV set in the house? Yes. |

| How many beds are available in the house? There is one large bedroom with one double bed (which can be separate into two single beds if needed). You can add another bed or a cradle in the bedroom. Furthermore, the living room disposes of a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). |

Can find news-vendors in the surroundings? There is one news-vendor a few minutes walk from the apartment. We will give you the directions upon your arrival. Can I find pharmacies in the surrondings? About 300 m from the apartment there is one pharmacy. |

Can I find restaurants in the surroundings? There are restaurants for all likings and tastes. Still be aware that in Venice most restaurants are expensive, more than the average Italian restaurants |
